Tapenade is a Los Angeles Restaurant with an eclectic menu.

A Relaxed atmosphere (always being tweaked for maximum comfort) and unique, ever-changing menu.

We are looking for a logo that is modern, with an image attached to the name that attracts the eye and can easily and quickly be identified and remembered by customers.

Taglines are not important.

The logo will be used on bill presenters, the restaurant sign, napkins, etc.

The logo and typeface are open. We have uploaded our old logo (name) so you can see why we need a "New Look." We have also uploaded our menu to show you a sampling of our food. (The Menu Re-Design project will launch as soon as we have decided on a new logo, so keep that in mind if you want to participate in the Menu Design Project as well.)

One or two colors are fine as the design is more important than the color variations The logo should be able to be displayed as one color or two.
