I am a free lance attorney who currently works out of a home office. My business plan includes providing legal services to creative, information technology and web professionals running independent businesses (i.e. free lancers, sole proprietorships, partnerships, private companies and other small business ventures). I provide them with legal counsel, contract drafting, document prepartion and negotiating support on matters of business transactions and marketing, intellectual property rights, licensing, cyberspace, privacy and staffing. I am NOT a litigator.

On a personal note, I aspire to "gracious" living and my personal hobbies include enjoying fine wine (and travels to the vineyards), and classical music and theater (Shakespeare). Therefore I have timeless traditionalist tastes that I like to adapt to the 21st century world.
