Existing colors. Red/Grey

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I want a design that keeps the wording, font and layout of our existing logo, but I want the "N" portion changed. I do not want any shading, 3D, etc. on the new "N" design. I want the logo to be easy to sew on caps, hats, shirts, etc. I might entertain the idea of changing the logo to have the NTACT Operations initials, "N" and "O", instead of just the "N". My partner has always wanted a triangle or pyramid incorporated into our logo, this may also be an idea. We serve the Oil and Gas industry, so something a little abstract, but still focused on our industry would be great.

I have extended the duration of this project. We have received some great drafts, but we are not ready to finalize yet. We really like drafts 89, 127, 128, and 129. Any additional ideas or drafts which carry the same ideas as these would be greatly appreciated.

Draft #114 Could you try to straighten the N, and remove the shine out of the circle. I do not want the logo to contain any shine at all. Also make the circle the same color as the NTACT on the top draft.

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files. Draft #5 I like the design, try to make "Operations" the same color as the "O" in the logo. Also remove the shadow/mirror image below the triangle.
