I don't want the logo to be over bearing. If I handed my card to an advertising agency I would want them to think that the design was clean, simple and a well done design. If I was to stick the logo on a b&w or color print it would have to be stream line left to right and not to over bearing. No scripting or handwriting. I have uploaded some examples of famous fashion logos to give you idea on font and design. Think of a famous fashion logo, but understand I don't want a remake. I want it to be a fresh new design.
