Suyya plans to open a fast food restaurant similar to Baja Fresh. At the counter,the customer is allowed to select from a variety of meats, veggies and Afro-Caribbean sauces such as suya or jerk seasoning. The food is then placed on a soft taco shell, rolled and packaged into a bag for take-out,
