I like dark blue, bright red as in the LivBIg logo (see attached file) I think I prefer to have just 2 or 3 colors but I remain open

I want the logo to be professional, simple and easy to read. IT will be embroidered on shirts and I want people to be able to easily read the name of the company. I DO NOT want some chessy, clip art looking logo with a circle of cut out people holding hands (see attached file).
I like the look of straight, clean lines in terms of the type like the LivBig logo. I like the clean lines in Helvetica and Arial type.
I would like the logo to somehow convey a circle or people, a team, or the unifying of parts. We specialize in teaching "project teams" how to work well together. The teams typically contain members from multiple organisations (typically 4-8 different organizations) and they must make the "project team" that they have joined their #1 team. They can't not place the needs of their own organization above the needs of the project. These project teams are typically together on a full time basis for 1.5 - 2 years and then disband.
