  Hi Project Holder, A logo is vector based so that it is infinitely scalable. Raster based files (such as a photograph) are pixel-based and are not desirable for logo usage. Hope that helps you in your expectations. All of the images/logo designs that you will get here will be vector-based as admin will not allow raster files to be used. Thanks! -simplylogos

  What Siteadmin? Raster based files? All i want from designers is a realistic looking logo (Photo/3D/Image) that has either 5 or 7 chillis and a small lemon on a string with the words "The Chilli & Lemon Co." 1) 5 or 7 chillis 2) 1 lemon 3) On a string like the examples i have given 4) The Chilli & Lemon Co. 5) It needs to look realistic ie: not an illustration.

  Word emphasis should be on "Chilli" and "Lemon"...ie: Subscript "The", "&" and "Co."

  The Chilli & Lemon Company is commonly abbr as "The Chilli & Lemon Co." as per the brief. The lifelike image used in Draft#27 is the direction we are looking for. The nazar image used in this draft is very good. The wording could do with a little bit more spacing between the letters. We like the corporate/professional feel of this logo. How about a draft submitted with the "Chilli & lemon" above the wording or in the style of Ferrari/Bacardi or Starbucks?

  Please read the brief given before submitting drafts. Please do not submit any drafts if it does not explicitly show the 5 or 7 Chillis & an Indian Lemon on a string. The Logo needs to look realistic and stand out. Please check out www.tinyurl.com/logochilli for examples.

  Draft #6: Not too keen on the text type and it being in between the logo. The lemon doesn't look in proportion to the chillis either. Please take a look at our website (www.chilliandlemon.com). You will also see that the layout of the chillis is random and not arranged as yours is. As the brief outlined, the logo should be identifiable as our identity with or without wording. This means that the symbol needs to be easy to spot and recognisable. Thank you.

  Hi - Thank you again for your drafts. The company and logo is solely focused on the hanging of "Either 5 or 7 Chillies & 1 Lemon on a string" by entrances to houses, cars, businesses has been a common tradition in Asia to ward of "Nazar" (Evil Spirit). This has to be reflected in the logo. The Logo should be easily identifiable with/without any wording. We need to stress that we do not just want a logo with a single chilli & lemon. The two need to be connected as per our website and the various research you will undoubtedly find on "Nazar - Chilli and Lemon" We like the wording on our website as it appears to be professional and traditional. The ancient art of hanging the chilli & lemon needs to designed to appear to be contemporary and modern. We would prefer the logo to be rustic and warm. The hanging of Chilli & lemon is for prosperity, health and to ward off evil spirits. It has to be identifiable as that. The Logo will be a symbol, corporate and ideally with a 3D feel.
