I need a logo that will feature me, Ricardo Lalama, as I express my development on the internet into a successful entrepreneur. I want my viewers to "Experience Leadership In Motion" and I want the logo to be edgy, funky that radiates style. The logo should express development, progression, emotion, connection, growth, and moving forward. The letters "RL" should stand out, maybe inside a tv or like it's in a video.

I found this logo on the internet...http://www.simonleung.com and I like the blue on the site's blog.
Also, http://www.synnd.com has an interesting design as well, but I want more style on my logo.
