Describe who/what this design is about

I need a logo that will feature me, Ricardo Lalama, as I express my development on the internet into a successful entrepreneur. I want my viewers to "Experience Leadership In Motion" and I want the logo to be edgy, funky that radiates style. The logo should express development, progression, emotion, connection, growth, and moving forward. The letters "RL" should stand out, maybe inside a tv or like it's in a video.

I don't want the colors as dark as my facebook picture, but I do want colors to brighten up the picture.

I found this logo on the internet...http://www.simonleung.com and I like the blue on the site's blog.

Also, http://www.synnd.com has an interesting design as well, but I want more style on my logo.

Thanks Adriel! Now, can you create a revision with the silver in draft #55 and the blue in draft #26? Also, keep the same blue in ".com" as in the "RL"

draft #26, I'd like to see a revision of this logo with the same blue, but I'd like to see a richer silver replacing the gray.

omartinez, I like draft #14. Would like to see a revision of this design with "The" & "Project.com" in a blue with the letter "RL" in silver.

draft #5, Would like to see "T" in The and "P" in Project capitalized. Also, would like to see the "RL" and ".com" in a silver color with a darker blue in the overall design. Thank You.
