Competition for luck! Yes, very rarely talent wins! I plan to stop this video magic. Damn the rating!

Hey guys, you are doing some great work. 23 has a crown, it was mentioned earlier that I cannot use a crown because that is what one of our main competitors uses, and on 19 while it has some really good imagination, the typography makes it hard to decipher what it says. Logos need to be easily legible, and simple enough to be recognized in a split second. It is really neat seeing how many different interpretations you all come up with. Congratulations on some really nice work, and good luck becoming the winner!

#19 had some really creative thinking behind it, yet I tried to put in the comments (starting at comment #2), that we have to be very careful not to come across as a casino / poker style site. The design looks really nice, but I am afraid it wont work for our site.

How about a trophy with hands holding it, and other hands reaching for it, like they are wanting to be the winner, or something along those lines?

Here are the style games that we offer: Solitaire, Pool, Pinball, and a game that is similar to Mahjongg named "Fast Match", A bubble breaker style game named "Mental Blocks", and a couple more games that are similar to the Tri-Peaks style solitaire. I know, some of you have never heard of a couple of these games! But the main point is, that all of our games are casual / arcade style games with none of the Poker or Casino style games. When new visitors come to our site, I want to give them the impression that we are a Fun game site for grown ups, without the gambling games. I really appreciate all your creativity so far!

Yes Aubry, I am afraid the King.com logo uses a crown, and that might cause me to have do some explaining! :)

Are you hoping to stay away from a crown in the logo?

I really like the direction of #11. One of our main competitors is king.com, so I need to be careful about that. Very good imagination!

I like drafts 7 and 6 because they are more of an iconic nature. I feel that this is headed in the right direction. All of our games are pc based. Here are some designs that are really nice: http://www.cruzine.com/2010/06/16/fresh-logo-designs-inspiration/ Zero Clan Game Theory Alnour Wijix Radio Phonoteca LiquidFire

I feel that a logo should be relevant, and easy to remember. I know that this is a very tough thing to accomplish, but sometimes the idea just automajically comes to mind. Ideas that are forced are usually a little awkward in appearance. Personally I have been designing, and managing design for around 20 years, I have a little experience in this :) I have learned that you cannot force art, because then it seems that it is no longer art, rather pure mechanics. Keep the good ideas coming!

P.S. I have to be really careful not to give anyone the idea that we are a casino / gambling site. We do have some card games, but they are Solitaire style games. We are more of a "Casual" arcade site. Thanks!

I am wanting a fresh, crisp , simple and fun design for our logo. Our competitors are sites like king.com, pogo.com, miniclip.com, popcap.com. What sets us apart from most of these sites, is that we offer full screen arcade style games. We are currently undergoing a complete site face lift, with a much simpler and brighter look. Over the years, we had used darker, casino style colors. But, we are going a new direction with this update. Thanks for looking
