This is for a Horizontal and Direction Drilling (HDD) company, that will supply used parts for the heavy drilling machines that perform the horizontal drilling work for cable and telephone installations. So the logo needs to have an aggressive look that would appeal to construction workers. Metallic textures, diamond plate, etc. should be used. We would also like the design to include some features of the Unites States flag, stars & stripes, etc. Was thinking the 'US' part of the logo could be done with the U.S. Flag treatment, and then the 'HDD SUPPLY' part of the logo could be done in the metallic finish. Would also like to see some concepts that use a metallic plate background, with the raised logo lettering sitting on top of the backplate, with maybe bolts in the corners of the backplate. The logo does not necessary need to be in all caps, although the 'US' part of the logo should be all caps.
