Wolf Mascot for an Elementary School

We are a very inclusive and culturally diverse school and our mascot logo should reflect these characteristics. In September 2013, we had a school logo designed through this website and it would be great if the mascot and logo would be able to work together visually. The mascot logo will go on team shirts (volleyball, basketball and track) as well as on school pride shirts/clothing and possibly the wall of our gym. The characteristics that students feel are most important for team spirit should be reflected in the mascot: positive, having fun, active, inclusive and encouraging. Students chose the wolf as the new symbol for our school because it is a local animal, has first nations significance, and most closely represents "working together" and "teamwork."

Possibly metallic blue and metallic green or silver – We are tentatively planning to use a charcoal coloured shirt as background so that could be considered for one of the colours. Our current logo colours are blue, green and red but we do not want red if it represents "anger" or viciousness. If we went with a single colour it would be silver.

1) Stylized images of an active (not angry) wolf head - calling, smiling, running, etc.
2) Stylized images of several wolf heads together
3) Stylized image of one or more wolf bodies
4) Design could also use west coast aboriginal stylization
