We live in the mountains of western North Carolina. Our target audience is people who live in a major city 100 miles from us and are looking to build a vacation home. A professional refined look is probably the best bet approach.

    Hello Everyone- Please remember, the smaller sign will read mostly from a distance, probably while sitting in a car. It does not need too much information on it but we do want it to catch attention. Our mockup makes the impact we have in mind so please think about that as you design the small sign. Thanks
