I am a realtor, and having a website to bring in real estate leads is a main part of my business. I currently have a decent looking website at www.randysellshavasu.com, but want to make it really unique and attractive. I have a great header picture that everyone loves and I want to keep, but the rest of the site needs to be as unique as the header.

I don’t want a normal looking website. I want a website that people say “that looks awesome!” . I uploaded two documents, one is an example home page layout I made on Photoshop that shows the style I like, and another doc that has all the info I want on the homepage.

I really like the retro -vintage –beach shack look. Wanting a retro-grunge look that is clean and simple. Want a white & black / greyscale site with a minimal color scheme. I like the colors in my design example. I don't like a cluttered mess with all kinds of colors and cheesy designs. I want a unique cool retro vintage rundown beach shack feel and style.

Please read the ABOUT COMPANY entry for the info I would like on the site. Thanks I'm really excited to see some awesome designs!!! Let me know if you have any questions. My main design goals for the site are: (1) I want to keep my main header photo, and give it a unique frame with maybe some palm trees coming down like my photoshop example. I you have a better idea go for it. (2) I would like to keep all the same info on my navigation dropdown bar, but would like to give it a custom look with a custom dropdown. (3) I want the home page to have a white background with black writing. I want the site to be a black and white site or greyscale site with a minimal color scheme like my design example. I really like the colors I chose in my example. (4) I would like buttons or boxes in the body for all my social media, blog, quick search, lake havasu information, ect.. that I have on my uploaded information doc. (5) I really want a unique and custom footer!!!! I attached a jpg of the image I used for the footer in my photoshop example. I really like what I came up with, but am open to all ideas. Maybe a 3D rundown beach shack on the lake? Also not sure the best way to organize the links in the footer with the Lake Havasu Communities and Real Estate Areas of Expertise.
