These will go out to potential customers/clients who would like to have their aircraft appraised. Usually the people who own aircraft or who need an aircraft appraised are corporate professionals. I deal with a lot of 'Type A' personalities, people who own aircraft tend to be in the higher income bracket and also have high standards. They will use my company to perform research for aircraft sales and acquisition. They will use my company as a tool to help them buy/sell an aircraft or to have it appraised for insurance purposes. I need to present a very high class elegant, professional looking design.
