This logo should represent a fun, cool new beach bar to be launched on Frigate Bay, St. Kitts (replacing Ziggys Beach Bar www.ziggysbeachbar.com). The bar will be the most upscale on the beach while retaining a rustic feel.

Only that the logo should represent something that is attractive generally to a younger crowd and tourists of all ages. Whilst maybe difficult due to screen printing etc., should try to incorporate movement/vibration.
