Beautiful Body Bistro is a daily motivational and inspirational blog that provides a sophisticated, positive approach to body image, diet management, and positive living. I am a personal trainer who has lived around the world (much of which was in France) and my blog aims to bring a combination of European health to American living. The blog is about empowering readers to create their own destiny, starting with full self-acceptance of their bodies, health and diet, for I believe that everyone has a very beautiful, very unique body.
Beautiful Body Bistro is also a feed blog into the promotion of my soon to be released book on eating disorders / body image / France entitled "The Skinny, Sexy Mind: How the French Do It." The book website can be found at www.trishblackwell.com
