We would like a logo/design that we can use for a sign on the building as well as letterhead, cards, for sale and open house signs, etc. Since we have restrictions for our building sign at 2' in heigth and 10' in width, we cannot stack our logo - it needs to be spread out. I'm going to attach what we were thinking of going with, but we need it spiced up with perhaps a logo to the left of the lettering with maybe a solid line coming across to separate CLARK TEAM from Realty - the Realty at the bottom can be smaller, but we are thinking it may need to be red also, so it will illuminate better at night than the black. But we do want to keep with red primarily and maybe some black and red with the house logo - we're just looking for some great ideas. But the block lettering is important and as high as we can go for the exposure - we are branding primarily CLARK TEAM - that's what we want to stand out.

If you go to www.theclarkteam.com you can see our existing logo of The Clark Team in red letters just to the right of the group picture. We want to stay with that syle of block lettering - and maybe do a 2 line logo with CLARK TEAM on one line and REALTY in smaller letters below on line 2 - we want CLARK TEAM to be at least 3 X the height of REALTY - and then leave room for a logo (perhaps a house) to the left and maybe a small line in between the two lines or something to just tie in the logo and make it sharp.
