Business logo for a new realty group currently working under the Century 21 brand. The logo needs to be identifiable and unique. It also needs to be easy to read from a distance as it will be used on For Sale signs, letterhead, websites, business cards, all areas of marketing. Our current website is www.benguyton.com

Pretty open with colors to start, just don't want it drab or dark. Usually like Reds, Deep blues. Something a little more deep than just primary colors

I think the state symbol of a Palmetto tree and cresent moon would be good to incorporate in the design. I also though about a profile of a half roof, a side wall, then the floor of the home with the company name inside. The floor line would establish a flat line all the way across the bottom which would set up well on signs, letterhead, etc. The tree and moon could go on one side and maybe dune grass on the other to balance. I am open to all ideas to start, so bring on your ideas too.
