Describe who/what this design is about

My former company was Solution Property Group www.solutionproperty.com. Solution Realty is focused on 2 lines of business in the Commercial Real Estate area in the Southeastern US. We provide Investment opportunities, and Value Add management services to underperforming Manufacturing and Distribution Real Estate. This includes managing assets through the entire ownership cycle, including Acquisition, Finance, Renovation, Tenant Lease up, Improvement Construction and Disposition.These are primarily warehouses from 50,000SF to 700,000SF that utilize either heavy truck traffic for distribution or significant manufacturing investment and job creation in rural communities. We also provide strategic Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Consulting Services on complex transactions. Prior to founding the above company in 2001 , I was an SVP at Duke Realty. http://www.dukerealty.com/. Another Atlanta based successful company in this space is IDI http://www.idi.com/. They were a significant competitor to Duke when I was there, and that continues today. My former bosses created a new company http://www.weeksrobinson.com/.

This is the successor company for one of the 2 founders of Solution Property Group that had great success and failure through the Great Recession. We want to build on the acquisition successes of that company and have a logo that may be completely different (you decide), but some similarity in name. we still manage assets from the former company.

Designers - We will probably choose a logo design that has the logo on the left and the text to the right. there are several designs that are modern and cool , but are too far out there for our business world. Thanks for all of the great submissions, and we are having fun learning where in our big world many of you live. We also do not like stretched text that makes 'Realty' right and left justified.

To all of the Designers: Thanks for submitting, but PLEASE PLEASE read the description. The business has NOTHING to do with houses and any logo that includes a house will not win.
