Creative Brief

Clarity Website

Look and Feel

We are a Referral Based Real Estate Company. I have had the same logo for several years. I just selected my new logo after posting a logo design on this site. I like the idea that we are simplifying the somewhat scary side of Real Estate. Look at my past projects to see the final logo design. If you don't have access to it. Please ask. I want the logo design to inspire the web design

I like clean sites. But I also would love to see if someone could "flasherize" the logo. See the following: http://www.total-propertymaintenance.com/ Blues, greens, blacks and greys. Simple lines and navigation is very important. The site could be content intensive. Eventually I will have all the cities in the Bay Area summarized, (schools, restaurants, introduction paragraphs). We will have a lot of Buyer Resources, so I will have to make it navigable and intuitive. It should also be scalable.
