Describe who/what this design is about

This is a logo for Clinical Methods, a clinical research company located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Clinical Methods conducts clinical trials for pharmaceutical companies, studying new medicines that often aren't yet on the market. Clinical Methods works across all disease areas, but has a particular focus on Neurologic and Psychiatric disorders.

What colors would you like?

Orange. Maybe some blue. I'd like to see it in black and white, and in orange and white, if possible. I'd like it to be able to stand alone and be recognizable in b&w on stationery, as well as in full color online and on billboards, TV, etc.

Clever is good. I like unique fonts that incorporate some of the logo design into the word.

how about a logo like this http://graphicriver.net/item/rw-bio-business-identity-pack/242417 with 2-3 icons above the logo ... one with a capsule in it.. one with a stethoscope in it... and maybe one more with something else research related?
