1) On the top it must say "CLICK THE "LIKE" BUTTON TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SIDE BAR NUTRITION SWEEPSTAKES" (with an arrow pointing to the like button) 2)Must have pictures of people working out, running, and or exercising 3) Tell people about the $500 Grand Prize, $200 Second Prize, and $100 Third Prize . . . for the most friend referrals by December 31, 2011 4) Creative and edgey 5) A small company logo on it somewhere
