Describe who/what this design is about

It's a Recruiting website (in developement) for H.S. athletes (All Sports). Prospects upload information for coaches to evaluate them. We'll also be hosting camps and athletic combines, and will sponsor teams in various tournaments.

I'd like the EVAL in Eval Sports to stand out. The website will be Evalsports.com and I'm not sure I should include that in the logo. Not experienced so you decide.
