I am a clinical herbalist who will be providing herbal advice to those who are looking to improve their health. I embrace a holistic health approach by giving suggestions relating to diet, exercise, social support, sleep, spirituality and psychological well being. My bachelors degree is in Biomolecular science and I am hoping to blend the two, hence the name Herbal Elements. Herbs are great and powerful allies in helping nudge a person in the direction of greater wellness.

I like natural colors with an organic feel. Greens and neutrals. I don't mind a pop of color, although neon colors are out of the question. Look to nature for color combos.
