This is a Certification Program for a large IT company. Once an individual delivers against all the certification criteria (business results, training, etc), they will be awarded the certification. We would like to create a logo that could go on their business card to represent this certification. Similar certifications might include things like Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO certification, CIEC, PDM, etc. We want this to be fun, but still very professional. Please stay away from anything violent or aggressive. The "ninja" term here is meant to convey a sense of mastery and not a sense of "stealth" or violence.
