Here is our online "program description":
The Lake Mission Viejo Junior Lifeguard program is ideal for active children 8 – 16 years of age. In this eight week summer course, kids will learn basic life guarding skills, first aid, and beach awareness. The skills taught throughout the summer are essential for developing a strong foundation in water safety. This fun filled and exciting program is a great way to develop life long friendships and build confidence.

Here are some generalized pieces of information that you might be inspired by... feel free to completely disregard this if it does not help.
A few activities we participate in include running, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, playing volleyball, learning CPR, learning basic life saving skills, etc. The program is a direct branch of our lifeguard department, so most everything life guard related we teach or have the kids participate in.
Another side note: we are a lake so no waves in the logo please. Our lake is known for both our trout fishing and our giant catfish. Also, the Saddleback mountains are the backdrop to our lake.
