Life Force Warriors is dedicated to healing men (dad's, dudes, guys...). We look through a holistic lens, meaning - our approach to healing incorporates both spirit and body. So, there is healing to be done on both planes (the physical and the spiritual). As a byproduct we also heal planet.
Re: physical plane - nutrition and movement are the cornerstones.
