This is a start-up campaign to build awareness regarding the heavy burden of educational debt. It's basically a site for users to express their discontent by entering simple data.

I'd like the site to allow users to create accounts, input simple figures about their student loans and personal situation, while creating a database of sorts. Ideally, the site will compile the data in meaningful ways and allow users to update their information in real-time. Figures like "Total Student Debt of Users," "Average Interest Rate," "Percent in Default," etc. will be on the main page along with the site's mission and perhaps some testimonials. I'd like to see something clean and appealing to a wide audience. It should give off a somewhat hopeful vibe, have a light background with darker, easily visible text.

I'd like the name of the site and its definition to remain centered or top-center on the home-page, with various data and links surrounding it. I'm thinking tabs should stay on the very top, while data, updated in real time will be below the name/definition. Data might be separated according to lender; e.g. Federal government, Sallie Mae, Citibank, etc.
