CAI stands for Community Associations Institute, an international organization that supports communities (i.e. homeowner associations, condominiums, etc.). CAI has different chapters based on geographical location. The Membership Committee of the Chesapeake Region Chapter is creating Club CAI, in which seasoned members mentor new members to show them the ropes and encourage them to participate and continually renew their membership. This is the club's mission statement - CAI Chesapeake Chapter's Club CAI helps each new member feel welcomed and appreciated, make new contacts, learn about the Chapter's community and win new opportunities.
