The logo should be modern, sleek and not too busy. BlueShore should be capitalized like with B and S in caps. Realty and Mortgage can be under the text BlueShore. I don't mind the logo or part of the logo being in a dark blue or black square or rectangle background. Colors I like are Blue, Black, Grey and White.
