We are known only by our names: Blake and Vanessa. You may us the word "and" or use the symbol. I was thinking that the use of two different fonts would be appropriate, one for "Blake" and the other for "Vanessa". We are classically trained singers that do primarily love songs in several languages. Our typical performance occurs in high end locations such as 5 star hotels or in front of an affluent audience. We do not do rock or pop music. Above all, the logo should be elegant and beautiful. I do not want to see any microphone images or any other symbols that would be cliché. The use of our names alone will be just fine. This logo will be used for printed materials and for our web site. I will upload a few photos that will give you some idea of the level of performer and the look we are going for.

To Logosmith2 - Re #121: I like this. I'm sure the font size used for"Vanessa" is the same used for "Blake", but the word "Vanessa" seems to be smaller. MYbe try a different font using the same colors. Remember to use an elegant, beautiful font for her.

To smayra10 - Re #102: I like this approach, especially how the V in "Vanessa" crosses the "A" in "Blake". I would like to see variations of this using different fonts. Please do not use the treble clef in the background. Thanks to all designers.

To JackHmill - Re #62 and #64: The font you are using for "Vanessa" is better but not quite there. However, the font for "Blake" is too cold and modern. In addition, the word "and" is a bit too prominent. To Hohiart - Re # 65: I like the concept here and would like to see variations of this using various graphics. Don't necessarily like all the filigree under Vanessa's name, though. To Nellie - Re # 66: This is a very cool approach. Not sure about treble clef. I think it's a bit cliché. Can I see variations of this? To blackmango - Re # 70: As mentioned previously, The font used for "Vanessa" is approaching what I'm looking for. The font used for "Vanessa" can't be too beautiful or elegant. The font used here for "Blake" is too modern. I want the font used for "Blake" to be dignified, if that makes sense. THANKS TO ALL

Hello Drafts #30, #32 and #33 are getting closer but still not what I want. I would like to see one name positioned above the other. Also the font used on "Blake" is too corporate looking and the one for "Vanessa", not beautiful enough. Please try for various position of the names.

Hello designers, Thank you for your submissions. I would like to see two different fonts, one for the male and a very feminine and beautiful font for the female. The overall look should be elegant, not simplistic, not corporate.
