Describe who/what this design is about

We work with both buyers and sellers in the metro Phoenix valley. We want a cutting edge, non-traditional look that messages strength and competency. We would like a cityscape outline either as the background or as the actual logo insignia. Or we would like a patterned background with the wording in the forefront. see the uploaded samples.

I will include a few attachments so that you can see the color scheme we are interested in. Also, if you choose to take the pattern route, I will include a few concepts for that as well. We are aiming for the brighter green and staying away from the yellowish colored greens.
