What colors would you like?

Black and white with a touch of royal blue. Also, I want to be sure this logo looks good whether or not it is printed in color.

How many colors do you want in your design?

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I would like to be sure this logo scales. What I mean by that is that I want to it look equally as good on my website, as it would in a for sale sign in someone's yard. I want to be sure people can read my brand name from the street without straining to see my name. (A lot of agents use cursive fonts for their names and then you cannot read them when you are driving by so I do not want that.)
