This logo will represent several different types of products that will be given as gifts for men. It should be rugged, manly, and tough, but definitely have a sense of fun to it, as they will be given in celebration of different occasions. There will be several types of kits;for example, a "late night" survival kit may have red bull, snacks, coffee, etc. Where a beer-lovers survival kit may have beer, pilsner glasses, snacks, etc.

We would like to see logos with and without a "character" but having a character that is the quintessential "tough guy" could work well; however, be careful not to be overly cartoonish or juvenile. The overall look should remain rugged, masculine, and in "manly" colors. A man should look at it and feel drawn to it thinking "this thing is cool" - perhaps a blend of "construction" meets "military" - but it should appeal to all men, whether they like football, the great outdoors, golf, etc
