Logo for a software & IT outsourcing and consulting company.

bitforge LLC

No

bitforge LLC was formed by a group of close knit professionals from various fields of engineering, computer science, and information technology. We provide consulting and outsourcing services for all lines of business, but the majority of our clients are in one of two fields - wireless communications or commerce. In both of these fields, information security is of the utmost importance, and we would like the logo help convey our strength in this area.

not sure

I thought about a logo composed of bits, where the bits are represented as ones '1' and zeros '0', but we have no attachments to this. Overall, we are drawing a blank which is why we are here!

The recent submissions are very close to what we want and I see us making a decision soon. Submission #27 and #29 are the current favorites.

The new designs coming in are looking great. Just a few general requests/comments. The font should look as good small as it does large. Also, it would be great if the logo looked good regardless of the background color it is placed on, or perhaps a black-and-white alternative design to use in the cases. The font in #18,#20,#21 and #22 are really good and the text is perfect with 'bitforge' lowercase and 'LLC' as uppercase. Also I really like the icon part of the logos in those designs as well. Please do not use any weak or feminine colors like baby-blue in your designs unless it is very subtle. Also, we are interested in seeing some ways of making the 'LLC' stand out less.

We don't care for the fire in #16 and the logo itself does not have a professional look. Everyone feel free to try other colors choices or any new ideas.

We are not crazy about the shield in #10. The font looks pretty good though. We do like the idea of having an icon as part of the logo.

The last comment had the wrong project numbers referenced. It should read: "We really like the font in #11 & #12. We prefer the colors you used in #11 over #12. We do not like the icon and were hoping you had some other ideas."

We forgot to specify that the 'LLC' must be included as part of the name for legal reasons.

For #9, using the '1's and '0's for the word 'bit' did not look as good as we hoped so scrap that idea. We would like some kind of icon in addition to the text to dress up the logo so that it isn't just text.

#5, #6, #7 do not have the professional look we are going for.

The color scheme is much better. The blue looks great but the orangish-red for the 'forge' still looks weak. Is it possible to make the word 'forge' look like it's glowing hot (like molten metal)? For #2, I really like the flame you added. But the 'b' partially composed of bits doesn't look right. Do you have any other ideas? Perhaps one of my earlier suggestions would look better. For #3 & #4, I like the '1' in the word 'bit', but I prefer the name in all lower case. Also, the swirl and the dot effects I'm not crazy about. I like the way the word forge stands out because it's a wider font or whatever you did there. I'd like to see some more of your ideas. Thanks all. Keep up the good work.

We had a few ideas that we would be interested in seeing. 1. The word 'bitforge' in two colors as in #1, but with 'bit' in a strong, darker blue color and an orangish-to-redish color for the word 'forge'. Almost as if the word forge was glowing hot. 2. Perhaps make the whole word 'bit' could be made to look as if it was composed of bits instead of just a single letter. 3. Possibly incorporate an illustration of a forge in the logo.

Attention Designers!! MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files. Thanks, MB/LDG/LS Team

I like the look of the word 'bitforge' with different colors for 'bit' and 'forge' in #1. I would like to see stronger colors, however - something that really stands out. And the 'b' partially composed of bits is a nice idea but I do not like the font of the 'b'. It may look good to form the entire 'b' out of bits, using the two colors chosen for the word 'bitforge'. Perhaps one color for the '1's and the other for the '0's. Thanks for getting started so quickly.
