Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

We are looking for a logo to encompass the entire facility.

Langley Sportsplex houses 3 NHL size hockey rinks and 1 professional size roller hockey rink. We also run 3 daycare centres (Sportsplex Daycare), after-school camps (Sportsplex Daycamps) and an indoor playground (Captain Kid's Fun Centre). The daycare, after-school camp and indoor playground have their own logos.

We want a logo for the Sportsplex to give it a modern identity. The logo is to be simple, crisp, minimalistic.

Note:
Langley is the city name.
Sportsplex is the name of our building.

What colors would you like?

Current Sportsplex logo has 3 colors: #ffffff, #000000, #e2373f. Our daycare and daycamps logo have 2 colors: #ffffff, #1fbed3. Our indoor playground is an image.

How many colors do you want in your design?

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

1) We are thinking of a modern, crisp, simple logo.

2) The logo should not have hockey players as we do not want to tie it too much to just one item. Other than being a ice and roller hockey complex, Langley Sportsplex also operates 3 daycare centres, after-school daycamps and an indoor playground.

3) We are hoping to tie in the new Sportsplex logo with the daycare logo (if possible).

4) If possible, we are also hoping to use the same font and design for "Sportsplex".

5) The font and design for "Langley" and overall design is up to the designer.

@apstudio: #12 - I will show it to the manager. Might have to adjust the star. Looking rather American. Can you try this with a Maple Leaf? @five5: #13 - Simple and nice. I will show it to the manager. Variation 1) Can you change the "hook" around the "X" to Blue and the rest stays the same? Variation 2) change the word "Langley" to blue, and the rest stays the same? @Vendetta: All your logos have too many images. We are looking for simple, crisp, minimalistic logos. @najem92: #15 - We can't have "NHL" in the title. Only "Langley Sportsplex". And the logo on left looks too much like the whitehouse or the supreme court. Not sure if it means anything to our business. @eugene: #18 - I will show it to the manager. One thing he might not like is the mirror image of "Langley". Also, can you use the same blue, red and black codes provided in the brief? Thanks! @MencobaKembali: #19 - I will show it to the manager. Looking good as it is. I will ask him on where he might want to add some blue into the logo.

Attention Designers!! MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files. @Hesham1993: I fancy your designs (#2, #3, #4, #7). Can you try incorporating 3 colors: black, red & blue? I will need to ask the General Manager about his opinions on Monday. @najem92: I didn't really like the left side of the logo. It is too colorful. Looking for a more professional, simple, minimalist look. @christopher64: Let me get back to you. I have to ask the General Manager about his opinion on Monday. To all, I'll try to feedback as and when I can over the weekend. Otherwise, on Monday at about 10am PST, I will definitely be back with proper feedbacks.
