Describe who/what this design is about

WRENCHRIGHT is a small consulting and training firm specializing in maintenance and reliability practices for the industrial manufacturing industry. We help our customers improve they way they manage and maintain their machinery, striving for improved machine uptime.

We pride ourselves in being implementers, rather than just consultants. We want to convey a blue-collar feel that workers in a typical factory setting can relate to. We work mostly with engineers and maintenance technicians.

Regarding draft #3: Could you try a different font for the tag line that might be more defined when a small font size is used? At the moment, the letters appear to be a little blurry. Thanks.
