This logo will be for a newly formed small construction firm in FL focusing on residential remodels and light commercial build-outs. I'm in my early 30's and looking for a logo that is modern.

I am looking for something that is a little more modern with simple lines. I don't really care for background images of buildings or structures, but would rather do something with the name or initials "SC". This company will be in FL and I would like to include a vibrant blue color with white or black.
