Italica makes reference to Italian motorcycles. If you are going to make reference to this, make it subtle. No need for obvious italian symbols.
You can play with symbols that convey a motorcycle. If you do, use a more abstract form instead of playing with motorcycle shapes that may restrict to certain motorcycle models.
The word "Italica" is the most important. The word "Motor" could play a second role if you decide so. No rules here.
