This company is simular to a Temp agency in that it connects people to open temp jobs. The twist is this - all job seekers are independent contractor and are paid directly by the employer. All job seekers are mature seasoned pros, who are usually considered overqualified when seeking full time employment. In this case, the independent contractor will be paid a much higher rate directly, the company will pay less than it does to the temp agency and get a very compedent worker (who will most likely complete the tasks in less time, because of experience) creating a WIN - WIN situation. Office RX will collect a very small per diem fee.
