1) The logo must in PSD, PDF & AI format.
2) Logo must be editable in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
3) Logo should be high resolution – 300 & 600 DPI.
4) Logo must have the word - MEDICARD in it. There can be a design around it if it looks good.
