Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

Company will offer a team of skilled workers providing everything (one stop shop) needed to make a rental unit ready to rent--including but not limited to sheet rock repair, painting, light plumbing & electrical, HVAC, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning. Will market to apartment community managers and single residential unit landlords. Will also offer on-going maintenance services to owners and landlords.

What colors would you like?

Please no--or very little--red. I would like purple incorporated somehow ( I am a K-State Wildcat fan!). Other than that--I like deep bold primary and secondary colors of green, blue, orange or yellow.

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

While I am open to other ideas--what I've envisioned is cartoon-like tools of the trade (hammer, mop, rag, paintbrush, bucket, etc) either incorporated into the letters or intermingled among them. I especially like something similar to the Carol Burnett mop lady.
