In short the concept is: Tarot and Therapy, or tarot and counselling. But also using other methods like mindfullness and other techniques.
Its integrating the use of symbolism and cards, and images, pictures, to achieve insight and integrating that with counselling and therapeutic methods.
Its an holistic and alternative approach to counselling.
The idea behind the name is also related, and it refers to the idea that when looking at our self, if we look from different angles we achieve a more unified view of ourselfs and our lifes, a sense of oneness - and that leads to forward motion in our lifes.
