This is a event for sales quota incentive and general staff that fulfill their goals in 2011 that's why we use last years date. Event is at Grand Hyatt Kauai, so logo should have some kind of hawaiian theme.

some of things we have choosen in the past are hula girl, surf board [still open to this], palmtree, hibicus flower [ok with a few but don't want tons of those flowers] JUST BE CREATIVE! ;-P
