Stone Apple Solutions is an IT software and solutions company, incorporated in September 2009. Our
extensive range of solutions and services, combined with our notable technology partnerships has
enabled us to secure a reputed client base in most major industries in the region. With our headquarters
in Singapore, and offices in Thailand and Malaysia, and a proficient consultant base of over 380
employees, Stone Apple has established a significant regional presence and leadership position in its
area of operation.

In April 2010, Stone Apple acquired the SE Asian businesses of Ness Technologies – a NASDAQ listed
global IT Company. This served as the primary impetus for Stone Apple’s growth strategy. Shortly
thereafter, we acquired another company, Revere Technologies, a boutique Malaysian company that
added to our competency, making us the leading partner for ERP in Singapore and Malaysia. Stone
Apple’s revenue for FY 2010 was S$19.2 million.
Our presence in Singapore provides us an excellent gateway to nearly all of the major Asian markets.
Stone Apple today has 100% owned subsidiaries in Malaysia and Thailand, and has concrete plans on
extending its presence to other countries in Asia, US and parts of Europe. This
effort would be through a mix of organic and inorganic ways. Our associations with prestigious global
conglomerates have helped extend our product and service offerings to their counterparts in other
countries. We see the potential in encouraging prospective customers in the US and Europe to Offshore/ Outsource their mission critical IT applications and support systems to be built and managed by us.

Our vision is to be a leading IT services company with a global footprint and revenue of S$100 million, by
2015. To achieve this, our growth strategy includes organic and inorganic growth milestones each year.
