Clean, sleek. I like the idea of lower case for blu. The "E" in Enhanced must definitely be capitalized.
The company is under one roof - and bluEnhanced rehabs, renovates, buys, sells properties - but as investments, not as a developer.

Blue is in company name, so use that color definitely - but can be any shade of blue. Color (or colors) that compliment whichever shade is chosen - like color wheel opposite. Such as orange or red-ish (w/turquoise) No green, no yellow

Modern/contemporary stylized home - probably company name beneath roof line, even think Mid-century modern too (like butterfly roof line or post-and-beam flat roof line) No green, no chimneys, no dormers, no victorian or cape cod-ish, or the child like box . West coast single story, not east coast 2 or more story. Not city scape, skyscraper.
