Describe who/what this design is about

I run a pest control company in Seattle. The company takes a lighthearted approach to pest control from a marketing and advertising standpoint. Termidor is a product we use that is known very well in the industry. It can only be used in a single location twice a year to give you an idea as to its potency. We came up with the idea to copy the Sons of Anarchy patch and make a Sons of Termidor version. It will be handed out to only the best technicians and will have to be earned. It will be a badge of honor if you will. The plan is to make it relatively small (4-5 inches tall).

It should be as close to the Sons of Anarchy patch but without the sickle, gun or any blood.
The techs use what is called a B&G primeline sprayer(http://www.bgequip.com/HTML/pest_controlPCO_equipt/pestcontrol_primeline.html) to apply chemicals. We'd like it in place of the sickle and gun. Perhaps have the reaper holding it and the wand is over his shoulder like the sickle is in the Sons of Anarchy version.
