This is a title company that handles closings for real estate transactions. We walk the sellers and buyers through the closing process and give them money if they sold and keys if they bought a house at the end. We are owned by a real estate attorney and a real estate broker and are known throughout both of those communitites.

We would like the logo to be some sort of symbolism of a house or property. We are currently building a website and when looking at our competition, we would like to stay away from the color green, palm trees and keys.
