we really like the idea of the compass rose shown on the above link. I'd like to see the rings as a better designed bicycle chainring set (don't be afraid to make it look a little aggressive, if the traditional chainring look doesn't look right) with the "spiky" compass rose overlaid on top and the B, P, Est. 2011, and T replacing NESW (respectively). We also like the way the compass rose is laying at an angle.

    thank you all for your submissions. your time and efforts are greatly appreciated. we'd like to ask for you to try one more variation for us: the mathematical formula for speed is: s=d/t (speed = distance / time) How about using it as the logo?...the formula that is. Maybe a scripty looking/mathematical type font with the "S" either being substituted with "TBP" or the "S" being the text "the bike project"? I like the thought of the "d" being on top of the "t", whether directly or diagonally. Much appreciated! Thanks.

    #11: can you please make the outer ring a chainring? also, please use a font like #15's. thank you. #17: can you please rotate the logo so that it's more like #11's? keep the text where it is. also, the points should be T(left), B(top), P(right), Est.2011(bottom).     Again, thank you everyone for your submissions. #9: can you orientate it more like #10, thereyby giving it more depth? Also, the directions should be T(for West),B(for North)P(for East), not TPB. Maybe lose the star that's inlayed too. Anyone want to try using #1's chainrings and then using design on [ http://www.vitocorleone.com/bike_project/index_5.php ] to complete the design? thanks everyone.

    Designers, Thanks for your submissions. #1: I like your chainrings. Could you orientate it more like submission #4 and follow that design pattern? Your bronze could have a bit more gold to it as well. #5: Can you give a bit more depth to your design?....the compass rose looks very flat. #4: Can you please make the outer ring a chainring too? Also, can you give the chainrings a sharper edge to them? Can y'all try lowercase fonts? Thank you for your submissions.
