Describe who/what this design is about

A kitchen accessory/gift store. The kitchen witch is an old good luck symbol for success in your cooking. Often symbolized by a hanging witch in the window. The witch concept is meant to be happy and good not mystic or evil. fun and playful. The logo will be used for stickers on paper bags from the store, on ribbons for gifts and on the exterior sign.
